In need of a new laptop and thought this was a good deal. A quad core i7 processor at under £500 is a steal.

Nice deal even better if it had a SSD to make it boot faster
Does Cex provide 12 months warranty? If so that's a steal.

That B at the end of the title is the CeX grade, so good luck as grade B is basically one notch above 'totally trashed', even their grade A is around 7-8/10 for most other sellers.
For the actual laptop, anyone else think it's a bit of a mish-mash of parts? Other than the i7-6700HQ and 1080p display, the rest of it is stuff you'd find on budget machines, it's actually not a great proposition IMO.

"We also offer a 24 month warranty* (on all items purchased on or after the 14th Nov 2015) on all items, except consumables (e.g. batteries, projector bulbs etc.) so if your item develops a fault after 30 days through normal use, contact us as soon as possible. In the first instance we will either repair or replace your item, failing that you will be refunded to the original price within the first 6 months of purchase. After 6 months any refund will be to the current sales price or the original price (whichever is the lower). Please note that any repairs done by a third party will void any warranty with CeX."

I ordered it because I thought B wouldn't be that bad. The way you put it is regretting my purchase lol.

Because I've ordered hundreds of items from CeX before and their B grade is notoriously bad from experience - I would have paid a little more and bought new to be honest. You can easily return it to a store but why potentially waste your time with this? Also their warranty is near worthless, it does have 24 months but you will have to fight hard if you want to use it.

It arrived today and it surprisingly came in a really good condition. just a small scuff on the lid and besides that everything looks perfect.
