Steam version. The Windows Store version has been cheaper than this but you want the steam version, it's better supported by the developer.
Works in Windows 7 and runs somewhat better than the rather disastrous DX12/Win 10 only launch.

Couldn't agree more.
Struggled on my rig as well even with a GTX 1070 horrible port.
Worth a tenner not a penny more.

This ran terribly on my AMD rig, tried everything. Horribly unoptimised port.

With scaling off, Quantum Break is the most demanding PC game bar none. With it turned on it runs way faster, but obviously you trade off image quality.
