It's no so much about that, it's about the software available on each platform, a platform lives or dies based on the software available, you can have the best hardware and no great games. Now if you have a gaming PC will the Scorpio have enough exclusive titles to warrant investing in the platform otherwise it's pointless. If you haven't got a gaming PC then there's still many excellent exclusives on PS4.
So my thinking is:
1. PC + PS4 covers you for most titles except Nintendo.
2. There doesn't seem to be a compelling reason for PC + Xbox One
3. There's always a compelling reason for PC + PS4 as the PS4 has many titles not on the PC platform, some of the best include The Last of Us Remastered, Uncharted 4, The Last Guardian, Drive Club, Horizon Zero Dawn, which somehow manages to best any current PC title for graphics, they did such a good job with that game, shame they don't develop for the PC to take advantage of the superior graphical power.
4. Therefore I'd need more information about PC + Scorpio to warrant buying a Scorpio, also I think you'd realistically need PC + PS4 + Scorpio as long as the Scorpio offers titles that will never be on PC
5. You can also add Nintendo Wii U and/or Switch if you want Nintendo titles, only Zelda interests me and I won't pay £350 just to play Zelda.

Probably better off selling the console online (Shpock, gumtree etc) then take the cash to game. Their trade in prices are a joke now.

To summarise, buy each console available + gaming pc, this will allow you access to all games. Well, duh. :smirk:

Many PC games look nicer than HZD. Witcher 3, Crysis 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter... I could go on.
