Lol, still that's not the GOTY! If one ever wants to buy GOTY they have to pay far more than that so this is the best option. You're again comparing the basic and premium versions together. Lol

Man just my luck. I've been after this on PS4 for a while to try it out with the new Boost Mode and it never seems to be cheap. Now it's finally dropped to a good price it's already OoS on PS4 :'(

I really struggle to drive competitively with a controller in this. Tried all settings but none seem to work for me.
Shame as I really want to plough some hours into it.

If you can get the settings right it's a good game but it's just a pain having to constantly change settings every time you use a different car. It's quite a lot of game for this money though.
They need to make Project cars 2 more usable for controller users as not everyone has the space for a full wheel and pedals setup.
You playing it with a steering wheel by any chance? I haven't yet found controller settings that make the driving actually feel fluid. Not helped by the fact that whenever I change the controller settings there's a 50% chance of a 5 minute wait for the settings to be saved.

Great game with a wheel, a bit more challenging with a controller. Literally tons of tracks and conditions and plenty of cars/career options. Just dug it out again after a year not playing it and really getting back into it.

I've seen opposing reviews from drooling reports to others saying its a glitchy basket case.

It's fantastic now with all the patches. If your playing on a pro PS4 as well then boost mode makes a telling difference as well in terms on holding the frame rate at 60
