Shame only a 3 month warranty also !, too much to lose if you get problems for an expensive item thereafter.

SVP were great years ago but lately heard so many issues with their service and support, I wouldn't buy a high priced item from them personally, take a look at trustpilot.

My main concern would be the battery, if it needs replacing you don't really have any options

Well if the retailer doesn't know then that's a red flag right there.

That's a lot of money for a refurb with no warranty.

If you check your local staples (well, Office Depot or whatever they call themselves now), they have been selling off their ex-display stock.
I picked up an i5/4gb/128gb Surface Pro 3 for under £300.

Check uk.webuy.com, and under £300 for lower end SP3 is hardly a steal.
anyone know if these will still have manufacturer warranty? Presumably this is the first time they have been retailed so full MS warranty will hopefully apply. Microsoft are normally very good on Surface warranty support which would make this more attractive.

sadly this is cold.
used Surface Pro 4 with only 3 months warranty is a huge risk not worth taking specially at this high price.
