Great stepladder, you can go up it, you can go down it, you can go half way up or half way down. You could go 3 steps up and one down, or one up and back down again, if you wish.
So many possibilities.

In fairness, with 4 steps, I'm not sure you can really go halfway up, as there's no middle step?
