Not natively no.
But I was able to achieve a similar vibe on an Allcast App (my personal choice mind?, though others do also exist etc?) on an 'oldish' Chinese Doogee X5 Pro Phone same way? (via a Google Chromecast).
So, similar can be achieved of (sorts?) regardless?. :-)

Not even Full HD - I would avoid it.

Not that you would notice HD on a 10.1 screen.... Sky isn't full HD but people still pay for the HD channels
If it was with Argos and within 30 days they will refund you the difference

Completely untrue! You'll be inches away from the screen so of course you'll notice it. 720p looks crappy on a 10" tablet. Just go to PC World and compare, it's very obvious.
Also people pay for the HD Sky channels because they're 1080x1920 (albeit interpolated) as opposed to the Sky SD resolution of 544x576. Not really sure what you're getting at there? It's a huge difference. Sky SD looks like someone rubbed butter on the screen.

Very much depends on the content you are viewing and where you are viewing it from.

The Hudl 2 which is years old cost £99 at the time, had a fantastic CPU/GPU for the price and a Full HD 1080p screen that still runs smoothly to this day. Why on Earth are Tablets more expensive for less spec?!

If I recall correctly, the HUDL2 was 8 inches. Making it little better than a decent mobile. This is 10.1 inches. That's a LOT more screen space and makes it a LOT more useful as an alternative to your mobile screen. So not really a good comparison.

Does an extra 2 inches make all that much of a difference Ladies? :smirk:

It was 8.3 inches which makes it larger than a phone. I also picked up a Hudl2, easter 3 years ago for £70 refurbished following a deal on here and its still going strong.
Ive been contemplating an upgrade for the past 6 months as Im looking for a 10 inch plus tablet to read PDF magazines so will need 1080P at a minimum. Shakeyy's spot on when questioning the price of this tablet. I purchased a Tab 2? off here last January as a present for £120 and that had a 1080P screen, albeit slightly flakey wifi.
So why is this viewed as a good deal? (It may be for the current market but historically its not and I'm accounting for the currency changes following the referendum). Rant Over

But that's not the point, the point is 3 years since the Hudl 2 was released, we are STILL paying premium prices for 1080p screens. It should be the norm. 3 years and we don't even get a 1080p screen on a tablet for £100? Not justification for it at all.

Damn you HUKD! (and OP of course!). I'll use the £10 voucher from the GoPro deal last week and I also have another £10 voucher from something else so £79.99 is a no brainer!

Selling off possibly due to the Tab 4 being released in May. Check out the spec on the Plus models both 8" & 10" models head & shoulders better than this tab & the price is ment to be reasonable when released.
