I have used them a few times. They have always delivered, but delivery does take a week or two. It is also sent from the Netherlands.

I'm not a fan of Lenovo. They took Motorola over some time ago and the consensus seems to be that Motorola's customer service has deteriorated - I've had horrendous problems.
Or did you mean that you've never heard of ibood? I haven't either, so couldn't venture an opinion.
