I'm definitely stocking up - not been able to get any butter beans or chickpeas from Aldi for a couple of weeks now as they are in dispute with their supplier. I was going to give dried pulses a try - no need now!

Hummus time! The purists might kill me but equal measures of butter beans and chick peas is a really nice alternative to pure chick peas hummus.
