Looking at his profile, lots of his deals are for Asda in Milton Keynes

Meh. It was 85 payg upgrade in cpw I'm Feb 2016. Heat that this is the cheapest price just now but think this phone should be cheaper by now

I agree, this price is about right for it, but not low enough to make it a good deal.
The screen on the phone is poor quality. It's very dim, with low colour saturation, low brightness and no oleophobic coating (which means fingerprints are all over the screen). It makes it very difficult to see outdoors. I'd go for something else.

Is it PAYG? If so can you buy it, ditch the sim, get it unlocked and use on any PAYG network?

as @sebocardiff said the pontprennau Cardiff store had them for £120 so guess the discount is store dependant

For £80 this is a decent phone for a non techie person.
I had this phone for about 15 months and it served me well. Nippy little thing and good looking phone. Screen is not the brightest but it's perfectly fine - 720 resolution is more than good enough for a 5 inch phone screen in my opinion.
