Yes it does. I have downloaded and am playing Halo Wars DE on my PC, Halo Wars 2 & The Season Pass are also showing available to download on my PC.

Ive been in contact with Microsoft support and they said the promotional period is over, so just broght Halo Wars DE on Steam, got a refund from Amazon in the end after a back and forth with Microsoft... they should say somewhere that you can't get it for PC but you can for Xbox

I think your getting mixed up with the windows only version, this is for the xbox one with Windows10 cross play.

Overall good package for a halo fan.
Two good halo wars games.

Well, it's the Ultimate Edition of the game. The Ultimate edition of any game usually includes the Season Pass. It is not included in the Standard version of the game.
