It's identical to the Palit one, save for the shroud on the cooler. Same company, same PCB, same cooler, same clocks... there's nothing to choose between them other than which one you like the look of more.
Like, who in their distribution team brought up the idea to put a handle on a GPU box? You gonna walk down the street with it, arms swinging with the box dangling from one of them? Maybe it's a concerted effort to save retailers money on $0.02 plastic bags? Who even buys GPU's from stores anymore anyways? And why would it be put on the box when orientated vertically? Surely it'd make more sense to put it on the long side of the box?
What's the deal?

It adds a cool feel to the product. You'll notice on a lot of high end products, the box presentation is better and better. This represents the low end of the totem of 'high end box presentation'.
Put a handle on it is step one.

It's like, "you can't handle the power of this GPU, oh wait you can with this handy handle."
