Good deal, and there's a Morrisons down the road where we spend loads. But...it excludes the 3D version and that already arrived from Amazon this morning! (yeah before the usual suspects start, 3D meh, dead, blah blah)

Viewed the blu-ray Saturday morning. My 5th view of the film and absolutely love it still. Awesome AV experience too. Disney still knocking it out of the park for Star Wars fans.

Disney has made no announcement for 4K releases of any of their properties.

I'm going to wait for the super duper version at the end of the year. They might even do a director's cut. Maybe. Here's hoping.

Gareth Edwards has said there won't be one but did admit it's not really up to him(!)...so if there is a re-release it won't be a "director's cut". It's also interesting to note some of the non-film bits in the trailer were done just for marketing and don't belong to a complete scene which they could insert (eg. Jyn/tie-fighter, Jyn/black costume inside tunnel).

Sainsbury's are doing a 'free' copy of the novel if you buy there (though it's a little more expensive).

Took advantage of this offer and ended up with the 3D blu ray with limited slip cover for £10, thanks again.
Edit - strangely enough the slip cover says its the 2 disc version, but the actual case is the 3D version with 3 discs.

I think someone slipped the sealed 3d bluray into the 2d slip cover. Nice one
