This looks a great value school holiday break for 9 nights in the August School Holiday 14th-23rd August based on 2 adults and 2 children from Nottingham East Midlands. This also includes the fee you will need to pay on arrival. I've included transfers but flights are with Ryanair so only include hand luggage.
I am currently in Menorca. What a beautiful place!!! I can recommend region of Cala Galdana. It's like Paradise..

Is Cala Galdana where you are currently staying or is it a place you are visiting whilst there? I've had a look at Cala Galdana and there only appears to be one beach in the cove area - are there any other long stretches of beach near there? Thank you.

This year, I believe the transfers say 2018 but I've checked and they are the same price! Blame it on the jet lag, I was posting this en route back from NZ :stuck_out_tongue:

I'm being a bit pedantic but East Midlands Airport has not been known as Nottingham East Midlands Airport for many years and it was only known as that for a short time. It is near Derby and in the county of Leicestershire.

There is a 3 beaches with a bit of walking distance.. First one and most adorable is in town centre with a small port and shops and restaurants second is cala macarelleta 25 min of walking distance towards west- wild beach with coves and great and magnificent views. Cala Mitjana is third , 15 min of walking . They are all superior.
I stayed in Arenal de Castell and is also Beautiful. 35min by car to cala galdana

Thanks for the breakdown, but don't forget to add the extra £6 parking charges at East Midlands drop-off and pickup!

It's hard to predict how people are going to get there though! When I flew from East Midlands my parents dropped me off at a nearby petrol station that I could see the terminal from and I walked. Some people may do nearby parking and get a shuttle. It's like saying to include taxi fare or a train to the airport.
