Always being Judged for being different are Vegans....
What's wrong with caring about animals so much that you don't want to eat them....?

Nothing. And that's why you become a vegetarian. But vegans are like arrogant vegetarians that wanna push a bit further for no reason.

That's not really true tho is it, and putting words on a picture doesn't turn fiction into fact...... How many vegan friends do you have ?

Calves would be a lot happier if more people became vegan.

Thank you. I'm a vegan, and love it. health benefits are amazing and I feel fab. I was a vegetarian for years so the transition wasn't that hard. Only thing that is difficult is I'm allergic to nuts and as most substitutes are bur based I'm having to research subs for nuts. hard work at first like.

Interested in this - will take alook - thank you. I am cautious though because I think I need to consider that drastically altering my diet may be detrimental to my health as easily as it may be beneficial. It must be done very carefully and with the full knowledge it simply may not work for me.

On the whole, those "bodybuilders" look un-natural, important to remember people lie, especially when there is financial gain to be had such as in the health/ fitness industry. PED's are common and the issue is swept under the carpet. I do not think that group of people are inspirational. I need to try Vegan for myself and find out what happens.

I generally agree with your sentiments but in the case of vegan bodybuilders, they would not take PEDS as it is against their principles, i.e. steroids, animal derived. I suspect they would also have vitamin and protein supplements, vegan of course. The 'V Show' may be of interest to you. justvshow.co.uk/lon…on/ It is free and plenty of free samples of food!

Surely today there are plenty of PED's that are not animal derived? As for their true characters/ principles, it is exactly that which I question. After all, many people simply lie. I do not know them and so will not put them on a pedistal - I can only try Vegan and see how my body responds particurly with weight/ resistance training. How I will consume enough calories and from a varied source that will not end in complete boredom is my first concern however, it is the 'promise' of a healthier body that excites me! Thank you for the link, going to check it out now..

I must add, the need to supplement with processed supplements - key word being processed is not healthy in my eyes. If it comes down to a choice between a grass fed sirloin steak vs a processed pro vegan protein shake - I would be putting the ethics of the meat industry before my own health. It's a sensitive topic isn't it - I see now why most people bury their heads in the sand..
Good luck in whatever you decide. In case you want to go to the 'Just V Show,' I just saw that tickets are advertised as £10 but if you follow this link: justvshow.co.uk/lon…on/ They are free
