That is a shame, it worked fine for me on my phone and iPad. There were a few times I had to wait for it to add to my basket as it wasn't instant. I hope you manage to get it sorted.

Yep, unfortunately it's only a good deal if you can get the free click and collect. The location of the stores varies quite a bit from place to place. I have a few near me whereas other places don't even have one in driving distance.
