Mine has had serious punishment, running for hours at the weekends and still works very well.
Can't recommend this enough. £35 is very cheap.

Had one for a year. Nice grinder. Powerful. Easy to use. Only minor niggle is the guard is fiddly to rotate. You have to take a screw totally out (easy to lose), prise it apart, rotate, squeeze it back together and fiddle to get the screw back in and tighten.
