Paid for one using click and collect but when I arrived in store found that the trimmer was out of stock and store stock was on a negative balance. Poor wicks C&C system allowed me to order and pay for non existent item. I was refunded in store but just for the item not my travel or time. After reading product reviews I think I may have dodged a bullet with this one.

I've just given up on these line strimmers, I have owned 3 or 4 and they never seem to work well for long. My current one (a flymo) I have to stop and manually pull out more line so often it is a bore. It's meant to be automatic line feed, but my experience is that very often that doesn't last long. Not a bargain, but I've just ordered a durablade one.
