On paper the sony set is brighter (but still way off HDR premium spec), has IPS vs VA, doesn't have stupid wide legs.
Hisense offers more of the p3 colour range (not that you'd probably notice)
Both FRC, both 60hz panels, both near identical input lag of under 40ms.
The 7000 is/was hisense's top end set, the sony is a midrange one. Not seen any in person, but I'd go for the sony simply because I'd need to buy a new stand.
