This is a really good little travel plug, was previously cheaper at £9.99 but this is only a few pence more.

If you have a device supporting quick charge though it's definitely worth paying the extra for a QC compatible charger.

i bought this recently. when i plug in my galaxy s6 sometimes it fast charges which is 1.5hrs from 10% to full and other times it is normal which is 5 hours. Don't know if it's faulty but i'm not happy with it. if it was fixed then it's a decent product.

Does it not depend how many devices are charging?

Well it doesn't support QC2.0 or Samsung AFC so this isn't exactly a surprise, you should've bought the PowerPort+1 as Anker themselves recommend and openly state. It does fast charge other devices like the Sony Xperia range and iPads.

The Ankers really should have included QC facility for this price.
anyone know any sellers who do good quality charge wires that don't cost the earth?

I think Aukey are good but I keep hearing they are banned from here. I have some of their stuff and no major concerns with it (I have a power bank of theirs that is a bit fussy with its charge remaining meter but it works fine).

I like their stuff, it's pretty good. Their ban was due to self promotion.
My power bank was the 15000mAh one with a QC3.0 port. It had a single LED which was white (60-100), green (20-60), red (5-20) or flashing red (sub-5). It would stay white for ages but when it hit green it was basically useless for anything moderately high-drain (e.g. Big phone or small tablet) and would rapidly go green-red-off. I was going to return it but ended up keeping it and just making sure it's charged as much as I can.
