If you are moving within the same region then you can just update your address. However if the move would require a different regional edition you have to cancel and resubscribe.

Just looking on Wikipedia - I'm disappointed if that is the case.
The Radio Times advertises this as a "Kindle eReader" - from what I can gather, this is neither a kindle nor an ereader.
It appears that the brand Kindle was dropped from the 2015 version and it is now just a "Fire" - so unless this is an earlier, discontinued version, then it is not a kindle.
It is also a tablet and not an ereader (most important I presume in relation to battery life)

This is not what they're advertising in the Radio Times! Here's the advert in case it's of use to people:

Is there any info about the kindle? What version? Also if we can choose the colour we want?

I emailed them and just got this response.
"I can confirm at this time it is the Kindle Fire being advertised with the Radio Times. "

Can I cancel the sub renewal at any time, or do I need to wait until nearer expiry?

Has anyone had an added extra from them before? I want to know how long it will take to arrive? Their website says within 28 days which is a bit vague

This is purely anecdotal but has worked for me having bought a kindle with ads. After about a week I called amazon and told them that I didn't realise how annoying the ads are and that I'd like to pay the difference to remove ads. They were able to remove ads from my device remotely and didn't even want to charge me a penny - I have a feeling this might be general policy rather than a gesture of good will, but could be wrong.
EXACTLY!, lol + the 50's were also wayyyyyy before the whirlwind that is technically the Digital Highway ... so in the fullness of time, a much less need for the physical paperwork of anything really? (unfortunately), even our good old Libraries have inevitably suffered a similar fate in due course ...
But yeh, due to such things as that of your above, such stuff's are blatantly due to resurrect themselves from the ashes every once in a while? (which of course is good for consumer's like ourselves). :-)

Down a tad from the 9,000,000 in the fifties ... hence this offer
Opening post
£5.75 Topcashback on top as a bonus.
Cheaper than buying a Kindle from Amazon - plus you get £65 worth of Radio Times thrown in for nothing.
Cancel the Direct Debit and the subscription before the second payment is taken in 6 months time.

Waiting to hear..
If I recall well, the Kindle was due to be shipped out to you after 28 days or something?.
Which has more or less just transpired, etc?.
This week going, it should hopefully drop ... :-)
I've gone for it, hopefully it isn't the fire!
If it doesn't look like this, it's going back.
That was their response after checking the specific offer code RTP1517.
I'm getting worried again that this is going to be an Amazon Fire and not a Kindle eReader (as advertised).
If anyone receives their ereader/tablet, please post here to put my mind at rest (or not)

And on it it asks: "Got a promotion code?"
