i keep getting redirected to the US site, must be to do with my IP address, living on the Isle of Man, same thing happens with the hollister site , anyone know a way I can get it to go to the uk site?

I was about to do the same but then noticed the paypal offer that someone mentioned above; they'll refund you the £9 if you pay through paypal

I'm not up to date on whatever distance selling regulations are (or even called) these days but if someone's making it prohibitively expensive to return goods ordered in good faith then as you suggest it's worth looking past the headline price.

This brand has really fallen off it's ivory tower.
It was once a decent brand that everyone wanted, now nobody wants it and they have to sell their polos for 15 quid.

got my delivery and they do charge 9 pounds. i dont think it would be worth pursuing the distance selling as it has to be returned to netherlands - you can take it to a store though however if you paid using paypal store credit only. i am just going to pay postage and bill paypal for it - easiest way
