If you have no shame it may be worth a bit of wombling for discarded receipts. Or if you have absolutely no shame then buy something over the value - claim the offer and the take the item back for a full refund.

Think is an oversight in the terms as usually excludes gift card purchases, assume they may correct this later. I wouldn't risk it.
