It does come back in stock every day - just a few units at a time BUT no chance of "Free Instant Pickup Using Fast Track Click & Collect" since no shop stocks the itrems - you have to pay carriage charges!

As grumpyone says, these do come back into stock from time to time - but usually only for home delivery at an extra charge of £3.95. There was one available instore a couple of days ago, but that's unusual. Not sure why they're coming into stock so spasmodically, but I've had a couple and they're clearly not returns. I'm guessing they're being withdrawn from stores and replaced with an alternative.
These are excellent drives at very good prices - the 8GB still comes in and out of stock at £159.99 too, and the 3GB at £59.99. All good, and all well priced. The expected price drop for hard drives hasn't happened, and doesn't look like happening in the near future, if at all. Things have changed with the reduction in the number of manufacturers and factories. One might even be tempted to think that prices are being manipulated to stay high.
