its nothing to do with the card my friend, it all relates to your IP address, Wuaki basically know that you've brought something of that router before, try using your mobile data or a friends wifi

Thanks for trying to help but, I doubt it. I've never even signed up before today, let alone buy anything. I guess I could try my phone but, a bit of a pain when there clearly some issue at their end.
