Reasonable deal I guess but I'm always disappointed with the quality of food whenever we go there.

Just been to tower park Poole, brought 4 meals from main menu, told only one meal free as its buy 2 get 1 free!!
Had the voucher so expected 2 meals free but would not honour , think very mis leading !!

It is buy one get one free but each couple needs a voucher so you would 2 to get 2 free as the voucher is only valid for 2 people - just checked on their Facebook page

Hi I had requested 2 vouchers from the rewards page of frankie and bennys but they had same code on , plus it said unlimited use, so I assumed one voucher would do 4 meals ! It is not very clear I think.

Yes wording does make you think you can use for 4 to get 2 free. I asked for that in the restaurant and they honoured. It says not with any other voucher so if you were using 2 codes it does not make sense.

I am confused I keep reading how people are so disappointed with the quality of the food at Frankie and bennys but I went to my local one (Basingstoke) the other day for first time and it was lovely food? And I am a fussy biatch at the best of times? Maybe I got lucky? Lol but surely Basingstoke can't have different food to all those others?? Maybe my standards are slipping?..... I hope u guys that hated it have actually complained to the individual restaurants so they can sort the issues out? Cos I'm thinking they probably won't be reading all these comments well shouldn't think the kitchen staff will be? :-(

I really enjoyed the meal , but I not happy abut the offer being misleading! Have to say not been to there for nearly 2 years as last time was awful , yes did say something at the time, but because I didn't enjoy I stayed away!! The offer was what made me try again! Food was really nice but won't go back again , plenty of other choice out there ...
