hi did you get the mafia version or call of duty? as i got the call of duty one and the game did not come in a cd format but a code to be redeemed on the PlayStation store. but this doesn't seem to be working. any help/feedback will be appreciated.

Like any PS4 you choose the language during first switch on/Start up. Also Amazon.de process is identical to UK site layout so language is no issue as i've bought from uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.It, same buttons to press and uk sign in worked on these sites.
