MINT is new. It says that on all their stuff, I bought new sealed games from them and it said MINT on the receipt.
If you go to the desktop site it says NEW on the Add to Basket.

Well no mint doesn't mean new, it's 'mint condition' so pre-owned. If it was new, they'd just use 'new'.
The deal link gives an error page now too, not sure what the story is.

Okay I just found it on the site and it says 'new' on there. I'm confused as to why it says 'mint' on the mobile version. Not voting hot or cold yet.
they are bundling Forza Motorsport 5, Sunset Overdrive, Ryse, RARE Replay with any new Xbox one deal except the minecraft offer so this is correct in that its brand new

Actually game mobile site always says MINT rather than new even if the item is new/unopened.
