I am old school and remember paying £100 for Super Famicom version of Street Fighter II back in 1992 and £120 for Japanese N64 Mario Kart. And you know what, I dont regret it one bit.

I see no reason to treat Nintendo games as any different than Sony or MS ones. £48 would be too expensive for a standard edition of a game (regardless of its quality) on PS4 or XB1 with a little pin, so I'm voting cold on this.

It only came in stock today
for once I didn't get impatient and waited for the right price point for me - I wouldn't have had time to play it much before now anyway

iits a great game but cant believe how much they are charging this. £48 being the cheapest ever, with most place selling £55ish up to £60. heck, they even jack up the WIIU version price to £48 to justified the switch version.
Hopefully the switch game price will drop back to £40.

It is the most I've ever paid for a game and almost feel like I have to get it now as there is just nothing else out there with a lot of depth
Would have usually waited longer but wanted a game to take on holiday for flights etc... - plus Nintendo prices often go up rather than down in the short term!

Nice. A friend of mine paid a crazy amount for Street fighter ii turbo. Many hours were lost playing that
I don't have an issue with he price as such. Just I don't usually get round to playing games at release as have such a back log that I can normally wait for the drop! But I want to get good use out of my switch and can't ignore what everyone is saying about this

I can't see any mention of the pin badge on the site- is it included?
Anyone know if the switch version is significantly better than the Wii U?
