You'll have a complete arsenal at your disposal from simple revolvers to grenade launchers and chemical throwers, but you'll also be forced to genetically modify your DNA to create an even more deadly weapon: you.

Urm, if you go to the custom 2K Bundle HERE, you can get all three for £8.79, not sure if this has the DLC though? But if you add another two games it is even better value.

Bioshock Infinite was never remastered because 2K felt it wasn't required. But 1 and 2 both were. By purchasing the games in the manor you have explained you would effectively own Bioshock 1 and 2 remastered, as they are both free upgrades regardless, and you would of course own Bioshock Infinite as is.
You wouldn't however receive any of the DLC that the The Collection contains unless you own it (apart from Minerva’s Den iirc).

Did they ever get around to fixing the bioshock remaster? Last time I tried it crashed every time i tried to hack something.

I played it all the way through about a month ago. Crashed a couple of times in 12 hours of gameplay, so not ideal, but not unplayable.
