Also, why do some headphone manufacturers think a soft pouch is a good way to carry your headphones around? Sony are exactly the same. For the price of most of these 'premium' bluetooth headphones I'd expect a hard case included.

I used to own a pair of these, but sold them as they drove me potty with the design flaws/faults.
The earpads fall off so easily and are a nightmare to get on. If you lose a pad, it'll cost you £15 to get another pair of pads, which are nowhere near the quality
The sound isn't that great.
The touch controls are awful.
Used to lose bluetooth connection on the move quite a lot.
Much better bluetooth headphones at this price point like the AKG Y50BT's for example. Less than £100 on Amazon Italy for example.
Or just get the wireless Momentums if you want Sennheiser.
I'm looking for some new headphones for work but need them to connect to both my phone (for music) and laptop (for work phone). Can Bluetooth headphones connect to multiple devices? I assume that's what "multi-connectivity" is, so assume the answer is yes, but only on headphones that support multi-connectivity. Can anyone confirm please?
