Decent prices on both of these, really good for adding some extra weight for pullups, Pushups dips ect... The amount of times I've seen people awkwardly trying to add weight to their workout by clutching a dumbbell between their knees is unreal :smile:

A reasonable quality dip belt is best for pull ups. Will allow people to advance to 100lbs+ if they have the will.
These are great prices however. Have voted hot.

Would avoid, bought one (10kg) recently, weights did not even fit in the vest so had to lug it all the way back to the shop
