Just to let everyone know - the 3 free samples are unavailable. My order (which I placed 1 week ago) arrived without them and they said there's a problem with the website letting them be added. They said they can't post them when they're back in stock as the samples are while stocks last in the t&c's. My order also arrived with the makeup packaging very damaged and they've only just agreed to refund if I posted it back at my own expense. They're a nightmare to deal with.

Last time i saw this offer it still mentioned the free samples on the website yet when i looked in my basket before checkout there were none. I emailed the customer support team and they said the offer had expired.....yet it was still in bold letter blaring across their website. Rubbish. Won't be shopping there.
