So here is some logic. I didn't go for the nutribullet or ninja as I couldn't find them on offer and if I'd paid their current price and then they went on offer I'd be disappointed... so i went for this which, admittedly is cheaper at Amazon by 10 pounds, but i wanted jl piece of mind if it breaks... https://m.johnlewis.com/sage-by-heston-blumenthal-bpb550ba-the-boss-to-go-blender/p/2463287

if u ve got a dunelm near u ..u could try instore..they had various other models on offer instore , but I had my eyes on this one so ordered online.
master prep professional had good reviews too if u need something similar.
no first hand experience though. Its just 500W , so not as powerful , but had similar spec like the 1.5 l pitcher which could b used for a larger batch
will work out £45 with voucher code @dunelm.com

Was looking forward to it too.... if anyone has any recommendations they will be appreciated
Otherwise might have to bite the bullet and pay retail :disappointed:

but its each to their own preference.

Cracking price for a top product. I grabbed one a month or so ago for £99 from Argos but took it back as it had a part missing and they had no other stock. At this price I might grab it again as Frozen Fruits and Ice get a right pasting

Thank you! Missed out on this in John Lewis and they'll not pricematch that extra 7quid so I just went for it...even though I have 20 quid to use else where...this site is bad for me :disappointed:
