  You can get free delivery if your order is over £49 (normally £3.95) and you select standard delivery.

  Delivery times vary but you can check the estimated time on the individual product pages and during the checkout process.

  Furniture and large items are excluded from standard delivery.

  Can I select Click and Collect as my delivery method at Dunelm?

  Yes! Dunelm offers free Click and Collect. There’s no minimum order amount, so you may apply it to any purchase. Orders can be ready in speedy time, from as little as under three hours. You’ll be sent a confirmation email as soon as the item is ready to collect. Orders will be held for seven days in-store too.
   

  Can I track my Dunelm order online?

  How much does it cost to have a furniture order delivered from Dunelm?

  Delivery charges vary at Dunelm, and it costs £9.95 for furniture and large items. By choosing this delivery method, you can select the day for an item to arrive. This will be between 7am and 8pm from Monday to Saturday. The delivery driver can also carry furniture into your house if requested in advance. Delivery for made-to-order furniture is slightly different, as this has a 5-10-week turnaround.

  Returns to Dunelm are free and flexible for your peace of mind. You can return or exchange unwanted items within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact) and have proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation
