This game is fantastic. Crazy, doesn't fit in one genre, beautiful soundtrack. Can't say much more without spoilers. Few games are worth full price these days, this is.
I had the resolution issue, which was resolved with the Borderless Gaming app. Couldn't maintain 60fps at all times (i5-4690K, 16GB RAM, GTX 970), but the drops weren't enough to ruin it - not even close.

What resolution was you running it at?

I'm running at 4K max settings but AA off, on a 1080, runs fine for me.... no window issues.

Good to know. 1440p on a 1080 here. Didn't download quick enough last night to play it yet.

1080p. 1440p drops to 30-40fps.

Great game but crashes (white screens) at around the 20 minute mark for me, before any save points.
Apparently this is an issue with newer AMD cards and the latest drivers (you can roll back but may experience a less efficient experience). Awaiting an update from either Square or AMD till it's playable (decent deal mind!)

i5 6600k / gtx1080 / 1440p / solid 60fps
There is a handy little Digital Foundry video that looks into the quirks of the game.
I hope they sort it out for everyone as its pretty dam good so far!

Be aware that the PC version has several issues. List of issues, including some fixes.
