Not sure if national although appears to be. but found the sought after Kellogg's spoons for 39p at b&m home store sheffield.
They appear to be the blanks for the personalised spoon offer. Obviously they aren't personalised but it's easier than collecting codes and paying postage etc

Not quite, it seems they were free*, not free (i.e. on the last offer you had to stump up £1.50 to help pay Royal Mail pensions).

Also free once you had bought 2/3 boxes to get the codes so actual price was probably about £3ish

I saw these in b&m Glasgow parkhead. But what am I missing?, I don't see the point in buying them when you can get a decent cutlery set in ikea for about £2?
