This should include an unused code because as far as I know, Boomerang only ever send just the disc out.

Most likely will do. They only send the discs out when people rent, so codes never get used.
I'm sure if you used their live chat in the morning they would confirm this.

Sorry I meant to ask, which code would be in the box? I don't think there would be any code even if it was new, because it's not the day 1 edition so no day 1 dlc code in the box.

On a closer look, the picture of the case does say day one edition at the top. So you might get the day one dlc

You don't. You can create a purchase account and then just buy from them whenever you like. All games arrive in absolutely mint condition.

The full size case? When I used boomerang they had very slim plastic cases.
