There is a good sized free Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream sample (15ml) on the cover of Marie Claire magazine, April's edition. The magazine costs £3.99 so it is quiet a good saving as it is £80 for 50mls normally. I got five (75mls total) for £18 (using NUS discount in the co-op).

Either someone stealing them or they are kept behind tills but that's a guess. If the freebies are not in the magazines returns then tesco are not credited.
