You can get 250ml of Carex Fun Edition from Superdrug for 89p.
This stuff isn't great, had it in the kitchen for frequency of use but doesn't "kill 99% of bacteria" so had a backup Carex too. Doesn't clean well, even on a second use. Won't be buying it again.

It's not toilet cleaner, you know. All you need from a handwash is a simple detergent. Triclosan - a common antibaterial compound - is believed to have some pretty unpleasant side effects. The US FDA covers this pretty well here.
Sadly, it's really hard to find hand cleaner which doesn't advertise itself as "antibacterial".
