Can't see Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa on BD. Have you got a link.
Also, this is 2/3rds a good deal as Despicable Me was available in Poundland not too long ago.

I got this from Amazon & printed on the top right of the cover was "Ultraviolet included" or something along those lines. When I opened it no Ultraviolet leaflet. Called Amazon who couldn't care less. No replacement offered just send it back. As I don't own a printer, I can't. Yes, it was cheap, but I'm still not happy.

This is not advertised on Amazon as having an ultraviolet copy included, so why should they offer a replacement? You say they "couldn't care less" just because they asked you to send it back for a refund? That is standard practice.
As for saying you couldn't do this as you "don't have a printer" - nonsense. There are numerous ways around this....you are clearly just a difficult customer - I'd have told you to do one.

Was it actually from Amazon (i.e. did it say "Dispatched from and sold by Amazon"), or was it from a Marketplace seller and merely "fulfilled by Amazon", as the ones linked in this thread are?
Also, was it a sealed copy?

Contact Universal tell them the leaflet was missing if you have the receipt they should add it to your UV library.
