Great when you live in a hard water area and don't like limescale.

If you need a jug, the code works on the Marbella Jug + 12 cartridge bundle as well. £39.99 down to £29.99. So you pay £7.50 for the jug which is cheaper than I can find anywhere
Nice, well under £2 a cart (~£1.87) which is normally a good deal in itself.
1% TCB if you use Fast Track and pay online may work...not sure if they will deny it due to the code.

Great deal if you don't like the tap water taste. These things only remove/alter minerals in the water and do nothing to make it more safe for drinking.

I live in a very hard water area and prefer the taste of it straight from the tap ...as cold drinking water. However, it scales up the kettle and leaves scum on top of tea which these stop. Using one of these is also essential if you use a bean to cup espresso machine, took the test strips that came with it from a solid 4 down to a feint 1.

it's not simply about not liking to drink tap water, people need to understand in London for example tap water tastes nasty, abit like sea water! and there is visible greasy clouds whenever you boil that water.disgusting.
so there is a real reason why people buy these filters or bottled mineral water instead of simply using tap water.
I haven't seen this problem in any other parts of the UK.(the cities and towns I've been to obviously).
Yorkshire water for example was as good as bottled water.

How might one remove all the other chemicals and crap that may end up in tap water- could you recommend any filters that will really purify the water? Thanks!
