Both promotions stack and the final price is cheaper than the 3 for 2.
I ordered Perfectil Original which is reduced from 6.29 to 4.72. With the 3 for 2 offer I expected the final price to be 9.54, but it actually is 7.87.

It's no longer reduced from £6.29 to £4.72 but the 3 for 2 offer still applies.
