Amazon Italy. It's back order. But they have always come through in the end for me. Only place you can order online for rrp (+postage) as far as I know. My local sainsburys had all the Zelda amiibo except the Ocarina figure. So worth checking as op says.

About 1 month. Italy is in the EU, so no import fees (enjoy until the mad Brexiteers get their way).
