How odd, shipping is showing as £3.18 at checkout and £3.82 for me once I get back to the final confirmation page? I am mainland UK as well, or with both PS4 and Xbox One versions in cart together, £4.09 at checkout and the same at final confirmation.

Have you accidently added anything else mate? Postage increases per item with 2K.

Nope, had just the one game in basket, updated my original comment with prices showing with both console versions in basket together as well.

Strange. I know 2K can be a bit of a nightmare with P&P prices. But I've just ran it through checkout again (as imaged above) and it took me to the last step (the furthest I could go without buying it) for £10.38 :disappointed:

Clear cookies, try again, £1.99 at checkout, get to final stage and £3.82 again. Tried Chrome instead, same. Paying with PayPal and credit card funding.

Is your PayPal page showing £3.82 postage? I'm just trying again on Chrome (previously on Safari) and PayPal is showing the same price as the earlier quoted £2.39 P&P price.

Managed to get it for £10.38.

After adding it to the basket i clicked on 'checkout' not Paypal, it then gives an option to checkout via paypal anyway and so got it for the price !

Lol, this is just weird. PayPal page shows whatever checkout showed, so fresh with clear cookies is showing £1.99 postage, then when redirected to original site it goes up to £3.82, if I then go all the way back to first page and click the basket it shows £3.82 postage, if I clear the basket and add the item again, £3.18 postage until clicked through PayPal and then £3.82 postage again. Both console versions together shows £3.98 postage initially then goes up to £4.09.

Weird, first time through was showing as £9.98 all the way through to Paypal until it sent me back to the 2K site to complete the order. now showing as £11.17 all the time. Urgh.

Now OOS! (On PS4 at least.)

So tempted to buy this even though I've played these games to death, think I have most if not all the DLC too

What a game this is! Iv lost countless hours on this. A must buy that's for sure. Split screen with 2-3 friends is the best. Me and my buddies racked up over 70 hours each.

Move your sofa up close just like you did with goldeneye on the N64. And prepare to lose hours...and friends when they take the rare weapons that drop.

This is a joke, I paid for 1 day delivery. They have no phone customer service, the twitter team can't help and they took 1 day to reply to my ticket and all they said was it should have been dispatched already. It hasn't been dispatched though, because I paid for track and trace and they should send an email confirmation.

My order screen is still up, and mine says "Boxed Shipment".

Also a note about the shipping fee - I had the same issues as everyone else yesterday i.e. it showed as one cost, and then increased when you went via PayPal.
I tried today, and clicked "CHECK OUT" instead, before using the PayPal option at the bottom. It all went through at £10.98.

So no one has actually had this dispatched?

I haven't even had an email to say its all on order. I got my invoice, but that was it.

I am tempted to issue a chargeback. I have spoke to 2k support, sent in a ticket and phoned Digital River Island Ltd and no-one wants to help. They don't deserve my money if they have 0 customer service and will not tell me if and when it is being shipped.

Edit: Just spoke to paypal and they have chased them up and asked for immediate shipping and questioned what the problem is.

Watching with interest. Seems very poor, and PayPal are a godsend when it comes to stuff like this.

I'm mostly **** off because I paid for 1 day delivery (track and trace) because I have a week off this week. Wouldn't have paid extra if it wasn't going to be shipped ASAP...

On my invoice receipt it mentions a boxed copy.
If it were me, and I'd paid for one day delivery and then received a download... I'd be super p***ed!

I ordered for PS4, my email order confirmation is all I have had and says download, but if I log onto their website using the order number and password in the confirmation (here), it shows the order and says boxed shipment, the invoice also clearly says "Boxed Shipment". However it is not showing as shipped anywhere.

I reckon they ran out of stock but kept taking orders by mistake. If you look at the website they have stopped selling it...

Maybe, they should either advise of stock issues or refund though. Maybe they are expecting more by the end of the week though so decided to wait until today to update? Hopefully we will all receive them anyway.

Yeah any decent company would have let us know. But given that their only customer service is an online ticket (which I filled out 2 days ago and they have ignored me) and that they have no customer service telephone line, they probably don't give to damns because they have all of our money already.

finally after a few days the status changed on my order. When I checked previously I had the option to "process cancellation" but now that has disappeared so assuming that my order has been shipped - would make sense after @spencerasmith saying above that restock on 17th. Hopefully order will arrive in 1st half of the week.

I can't even check my order any more.
I have a feeling they cancelled it or it didn't go through properly... Still been charged via PayPal however.

I click on "Order Look Up" and it opens a new window, but gives me no info about how to check status of an order.
Also, when I raised a new ticket, it failed to match my email address and order number.

This is the third different date they have told me it would be in stock.

emailed the company today as still no game. Got the same generic email back that others have mentioned above. Went through paypal to reclaim my money. Poor , poor, poor customer service.

Its time to admit that I've been a failure haha.
I've mailed them twice to complain, and it turns out that because my PayPal account is registered to a different email, THAT is where all the detail has been going to. This is an account i just don't use and have over 6k unread emails!!

I've found the confirmation, the shipping confirmation (17/02) and ive had two replies from 2K to confirm it all went through properly and my game is on its way.
Nothing arrived with todays post so I expect it should be here tomorrow/Thurs.

Same, mine finally got dispatched yesterday apparently, but hasn't arrived today.

I finally got the game, IT HAS NO SEAL AND THE PLASTIC THAT HOLDS THE DISC IS ALL SMASHED INSIDE. I am going to ask paypal that they just give me the game for free for all this hassle....

Just report it as delivered damaged, if they want a return they will have to pay for it.

Its not worth my time sending back and probably waiting another two weeks for it..

Got the game today (2 days late). Also had no plastic shrink wrap which makes me think it's been used as case has some scratches which ruins the experience.

I told paypal about the no seal and broken case and poor service and I said I don't want to deal with them.

PayPal have given me the money for the game (and let me keep the game) to keep me happy and to avoid setting up a dispute and sending game back etc. I am very happy.
