Me personally, it's the awful customer service, they are incredibly rude and show no customer focus. I've never known anything like it, shouting at you and blaming you for their mistakes also putting you on hold for and hour and a half then hanging up when they realised I wasn't going to back down. I'd never use them again!

Had a nightmare preordering a game from Very (Although admittedly I did preorder in September, and it was delayed until the following April). They missed release date and then I was told it was delivered and being returned in the space of three hours from the Collect+ store. It took me EIGHT MONTHS to get a refund. May be better now but I won't risk it...

No me either. Got both my 10% off my first order and also 10% back on MacBook (at old prices!) no issues. Keep sending me offers too...having to resist even at 15% until paid off 12 months interest free!
