Words of advice would be to not use guns during missions, buy the drone and use a stealthy approach. Fun game for collecting trophies.

There's a stun gun, but leaving a body alerts reinforcements. Use meelee and distract guards with phone and device hacks, sprint up to them or sneak behind and strangle with circle button. It's quite fun compared to going in all guns blazing.
