Reduced from £57, then to £50, now to £45. Instore only, loads left in the Leigh store.
Looks as though they are further discounting all the baby event items. Moses basket also reduced further to £17. Some other discounted items on the link.

Great deal. I paid £50 about a week ago at boots, but that was with using a £5 voucher, and what looked like a further £5 off glitch of some sort.
It's an extremely useful gadget. Nhs guidelines state that you should boil a kettle, wait for it to cool a bit before adding the formula, and then let that cool to the right baby drinking temperature. Even if you accelerate that by putting the bottle in a bowl of cold water, it still takes at least 20 minutes to prepare a bottle.
This gadget allows you to prepare a bottle in roughly a minute, which is handy several times a night.

I'm not sure who has time and patience for the official guidelines. Standing there trying to cool the bottle under a running tap for 20 minutes at 3am

I heard that these products heat the water but not boil it which is why it's so quick.
I bought one but cancelled the order on the rumour.

Could you not just boil the kettle and then add cold water to the bottle can do that in less time than this gadget and save yourself £50 , the filters in these are not that great .

It's a good deal, but people should be aware that this was on watchdog. Maybe look up the finer details before you buy.

Agree.
Watchdog were trying to make something out of nothing.Suggesting that if the filter isn't changed for a stupid amount of time then you may run the risk of the baby getting the runs, which is obvious, they may well have been telling viewers to not feed a new born baby a chicken vindaloo.

Don't be put off these machines.
They are great, we used ours for our two boys (mixed between breast and bottle), never had a problems (upset stomachs or anything)
So quick and easy, only thing is, I did have to remove beeper as it is loud.
Get a set of mam self sterilizing bottles and it is the easiest way to feed apart from breast.
