I know its Uplay, which will receive some negative feedback, but if your okay with that (and like saving a few quid) then its not that bad.

Agree, the campaign was...ok with friends but the dark zone, end game is absolute trash!!
I bought this on release and wished I hadn't as soon as I finished the game incredibly quickly.
At this price it might be worth if someone doesn't care about longevity of gameplay

I don't understand why people hate on this game so much. I can only assume that a lot of people are still upset that the game didn't deliver at launch or something along those lines. I bought the game around xmas time and have found it to be pretty decent based on normal expectations.

Yeah, there seems to be a big difference of opinion between people who played it at launch and hated it, and people playing from 1.4/1.5 and loving it.
Of course, one group's opinions is far more relevant than the other's today. :wink:

Stopped playing 2 months after it's release and have just started playing it again. The game has improved alot since then.
If you get any of the DLC then pick Survival, you'll get some fun out of that mode. Underground DLC is just mini dungeons that other people don't bother playing anymore, there's better places to get gear.
Dark Zone (PVP area) is a no go area if you solo play, other players now spend their time camping check points (spawn areas) and will kill you on sight even though you have no gear to drop.

I came to it from Destiny and found Destiny had much more longevity than it. Destiny had the Crucible, Trials of Osiris, Iron Banner and a variety of gameplay with a (mediocre) campaign (like Division), strikes, better variety of loot and game mechanics, more interesting and varied environments and importantly end game that was largely enjoyable with a group of friends. The Vault of Glass was still one of the defining gaming experiences I can speak of.
Though even Destiny lost its way a number of times, had it not been for the Crucible I'd had dropped it a long time before I did.
Division in comparison is pretty enjoyable for the first 10 hours until you recognise you've seen everything there is to see by that stage.
I wouldn't play it for £11 even knowing what I know now as massive patently had no idea what they were doing at any point of development.

Totally agree. Destiny is a superior experience in my opinion...just a shame Activision chose a model that pretty much disables the game unless you shell out each year for dlc. For this price The Division certainly offers some fun for coop play, but get ready to plough many, many bullets into the ai heads on every mission. I've got to level 18 and already finding it a substantial grind.
