I also love the ethics of this organisation (apart from the idiot Paul Flowers - grrrr). They share their profits, are UK based, pay the correct amount of tax and donate shed loads to charity.
Also this pudding is flipping delicious.

The film lid doesn't come away nicely. They need to change the adhesive.

The best stick toffee pudding I have had in ages is in Weatherspoons £3.10 or 2 for £5 for any desserts and it is only £1.10 for a coffee. Sorry I know this is random but when I hear sticky toffee pudding that's all I can think about. I will have to try the co-op one as well. Heat from me xxx
